Who we are

Presence-driven and people-focused

We encourage people to engage in God’s presence through Spirit-led ministry that emphasizes His love and passion. Our desire is to see people free to express their love for God and restored to fulfillment and purpose in Christ.

RHLC serves the community through ministry, outreach, recovery, housing, food distribution, education, children’s ministry, and practical opportunities to build healthy lives.

We are pressing into the Lord’s presence, chasing after the heart of God, living for the purpose of the Cross, seeking Heaven on Earth, and longing for the lost to know their Savior.

Apostles David and Tracy Whittington

Founders and senior leaders

Apostles David and Tracy Whittington

David and Tracy Whittington lead Redemption House Life Center as a vibrant, presence-driven ministry committed to pursuing the Father’s heart. Together, they have cultivated a Kingdom culture of family, unity, restoration, and growth.

They are parents, grandparents, ministry builders, community leaders, and founders of initiatives that bring spiritual and practical help to people throughout the Baltimore region.

Their story and ministry

Building people, ministries, and a lasting legacy

Shared ministry and community impact

Over the years, Apostles David and Tracy have built transformative ministries and initiatives that have left an indelible mark on the Baltimore region, creating a lasting legacy of hope and empowerment. Their food ministry has met physical hunger with nourishment and spiritual needs with the message of God’s love while serving families with food weekly.

Through Missions For America, they have provided housing, recovery, and discipleship to individuals seeking renewed purpose and a fresh start. Their dedication to equipping the body of Christ also inspired them to found Revival Harvest Supernatural School, a three-year ministry school that equips believers to become licensed ministers and fulfill God’s purpose in the Great Commission.

They have also launched Christian-based businesses that create jobs, offer second chances, and provide practical opportunities for evangelism and community impact.

About Apostle David

Apostle David is a visionary leader fueled by passion, authenticity, and the transformative power of Christ. Having overcome addiction and homelessness, he carries a unique anointing to inspire others to rise from brokenness into their God-given purpose.

He is a builder of people and ministries, pioneering programs that break barriers and bring Heaven to Earth. Whether preaching, leading outreach, or mentoring, his life is a testimony to the power of grace and a surrendered heart.

Alongside ministry leadership, he has continued a career as a Principal Cloud Architect. His technical gifts and strategic leadership have helped develop practical systems that expand the spiritual and operational reach of the ministries and businesses they oversee.

About Apostle Tracy

Apostle Tracy is a passionate lover of Jesus whose fervent prayer, bold faith, and compassion call people toward freedom, restoration, and their identity in Christ.

Her joy in the Lord creates room for powerful encounters with God’s presence. Through prayer and ministry, she encourages people to dream boldly, love unconditionally, and walk in the fullness of their calling.

Her legacy is one of revival, restoration, and a wholehearted pursuit of God’s heart.

Together We Rise

Together, the Whittingtons have built a Kingdom culture of family, unity, and growth at Redemption House Life Center. Living out the words “Together We Rise,” they invite people to pursue God’s presence and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Their shared legacy is one of awakening, love, restoration, and equipping people to carry the life of Christ into their families, communities, and nations.

What we believe

Our foundation of faith

These beliefs express the biblical foundation that shapes the worship, ministry, and community life of RHLC.

The Deity

There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

The Bible

The Bible is the only divinely inspired, infallible, and authoritative written Word of God, and we rely on it as the ultimate truth.

Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, gave His life through crucifixion as a substitute for us, was resurrected from the dead, ascended to Heaven, and sits at the right hand of the Father. One day He will return to this earth in power and glory.

Salvation

We are saved by God’s grace through faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ. Anyone can be restored to fellowship with God through repenting, believing, and receiving Jesus as personal Savior. The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin and regenerates us into the Kingdom of God. The redemptive work of Christ provides salvation and wholeness for every area of life, received by personal faith.

Baptism of the Holy Spirit

According to Acts 2:4, the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues is given to believers who ask for it and receive it. This baptism sets us apart, giving us power and enabling us to do the miraculous works of God in everyday life.

The Church

The establishment of God’s Kingdom on the earth, bringing Heaven to Earth, is the primary function of the Church in each successive generation.
